This newly designed and
released 2-CH R/C Airplane glider/plane kit has a extra large 39.5 inch
(over 1 meter) wingspan and is RTF (ready to fly). It includes two micro
motor and receiver pre-installed. The kit also includes a 2 Channel
radio transmitter, a new powerful 8.4V 600 mAh NiMh
(nickel metal hydride) battery flight pack, and charger. Basically this
kit has everything you need to fly the day you receive your package except
for the 8 AA batteries that you supply for the radio transmitter.
This aircraft operates as both
a motorized glider and a plane. The huge wingspan in combination with
lightweight construction and the powerful 2x180 Mabuchi type motor
provide terrific lift. Once airborne at high altitudes you can simply
turn it off completely to glide in flight for maximum airborne flight time!

Features:
Channel
Standardized radio control system.
Interchangeable crystals are available on 12
separate frequencies making for trouble free competition or flights with
pilots who have planes up concurrently.
Newer high performance turbo twin 180 motors that
use low electric current while maximizing power.
Easy for a beginner to operate because it is
lightweight yet has a sturdy construction.
Reversible rudder and elevator controls.
Battery: New and improved Ni-Mh
(8.4V) for longer lasting flight time.
Neck-strap holder pre-installed
on all radio transmitters.
Tow holes included under nose.
Excellent high altitude slow
gliding/soaring. Extraordinarily stable to use as a UAV (un-manned
aerial vehicle). The plane can naturally take on the added weight of
a micro-camera with just minor adjustments to it's center of gravity.
Excellent gliding function.
The main and tail wings attach easily
so you can just charge the Ni-Mh battery flight pack and you are ready to
fly within hours after you receive the package. The battery pack will
get you about 20-25 minutes of flight time. The fuselage and tail boom is
made of durable sturdy hard poly plastic and the wings are made of light
weight molded and coated reinforced foam.
Beginners shouldn't fly the 2-CH R/C
Airplane in more than about 8 mph (13 kph) of wind. However experienced
pilots should be able to fly the plane with confidence in 12-15 mph (19-24
kph) winds.
This plane is recommended for 14 years
or older, as the thrust and power of the dual turbo 180 motor will easily
pull out of a weak grasp. Also, this plane needs the full radius of it's
1600 foot (500 meter) distance of control. So the pilot definitely will
need some unobstructed, cleared land in which to fly. |
