Customer Service Representative

The duties include the following:

Maintain records of customer service
Take care of internal and external customers regarding their queries
Respond to email service questions and phone calls
Oversee the service department and it’s operations
Develop new ways to improve the service dept.
Maintain relationships with customers regarding their questions
Offer friendly support regarding our products
Analyze the progress or trend in the C.S. department

Minimum Requirements:

Great Verbal and written Communication
Problem solving skills
Should be able to formulate solutions to everyday customer problems
General knowledge of Microsoft Software, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Positive attitude
