The duties include the following:
- Maintain records of customer service
- Take care of internal and external customers regarding their
queries
- Respond to email service questions and phone calls
- Oversee the service department and it’s operations
- Develop new ways to improve the service dept.
- Maintain relationships with customers regarding their questions
- Offer friendly support regarding our products
- Analyze the progress or trend in the C.S. department
Minimum Requirements:
- Great Verbal and written Communication
- Problem solving skills
- Should be able to formulate solutions to everyday customer
problems
- General knowledge of Microsoft Software, Excel, Word, Outlook,
etc.
- Positive attitude
